    My New Garage

Very nice indeed! My wife let me build mine last year just before I retired. I went with steel it was half the price of wood. 24" deep 34" wide. It has 12 foot ceilings and I went with 6" floor for a two post lift down the road as well. But I can tell you mine is too small already, LOL. Although...

I either need a different welding helmet, or I need to stop breathing.

Yea, I know and it works. But for what type welding I do not know. My brother has been a welder for his whole life and he still does that. He did work on ships years ago so I guess it works?

Spit on the inside of the lens and wipe it around. Sound gross but it does work.

    Post up your Pretty Toolboxes

LOL, The Snap-On man told me they quit making my tool box about 1978. It's ugly but still hold tools. Don't remember what I paid for it but it was a hell of a lot less then what they get for them now!

What Do You Call This Type of Nut?

I have seen them used as a safety wire locking nut retainers when I was in the service in my past life but that was used as a patch. Any real safety wire locking nut retainers had holes drilled through them.

What Do You Call This Type of Nut?

^^^^ Yep, they are only to be used one time... LOL^^^ But anyway they cut the nut then crimp it so it's like a removable lock nut without the cotter pin. The more you use them they will get looser. There are many different type split nuts also. VW used them a lot.

Another old tool---saved all these years from the '70's

Funny, I have an oil priming tool just like yours :-) Don't use it as much as I did in the old racecar days but sure comes in handy. Use it about as often as you uses yours I guess.

    Quality grease gun ?

Wow, that sucks about NAPA. I do live out in the country and they are old school around here. They still make hydraulic lines for tractors at ours. I like it, but don't know how long that will last.
