72 duster rear seat covers vs 70 duster rear seat

As long as it's not for the fold down version you are good to go. There are the same frame.

72 duster rear seat covers vs 70 duster rear seat

Yes the rear seat frame is the same but I can tell you the stitching is slightly different on a 72 model year. The front seat the headrest is different on the 1970 so that will not fit a 1972.

    Crappy Product? from Seatbelt Solutions

This is true and I have found that if you do not pull them out too fast to put them on they will follow back nicely. The ones I posted work OK. I do not know who makes any of them. Just saying what I have. I can tell you they are much better than to OEM ones that no one ever put on though. Plus...

    Crappy Product? from Seatbelt Solutions

I agree with what you are saying but this is not a "restoration part" it is really a modified to fit part for a car that never can with it.

    Crappy Product? from Seatbelt Solutions

Me too. But only the drivers side. Right side is better. It's almost like there is too much belt or the spring needs to be tighter. Still so much better than the factory set up for sure.

    Crappy Product? from Seatbelt Solutions

Aftermarket & Replacement Seat Belts | SeatbeltPlanet.com™ Yes there are so many. You might want to call them. They fit great and I like them but they have the same problem as the don't always want to return. Still better then the old factory system.

    Crappy Product? from Seatbelt Solutions

I don't think there is anything you can do with them. They have way to much belt in them and not enough tension to return. I stopped using them and went with these guys. Aftermarket & Replacement Seat Belts | SeatbeltPlanet.com™ They are better but still not much. I really don't know why they...

What were the dash options for a Scamp?

So the one you show in your hand has holes and wood attached? Or is it a decal?
  10. H

What were the dash options for a Scamp?

I do not know about that. Mine came with the sticker type. I'm sure there were different setups over the years.

What were the dash options for a Scamp?

??? Well that is how mine came and has always been. I bought the vehicle off of the original owner.

What were the dash options for a Scamp?

Yes my 72 Scamp has it from the factory. There are no holes because it's just an overlay "decal" like this... DMT Mopar 70-72 A Body Non Rallye Dash Woodgrain Overlay Vinyl Sticker | eBay

    70 Swinger 340 Radio

I believe the AM thumb wheel radio was the only choice for tunes in a 70 340 Duster and Dart rallye dash. The standard instrument cluster in the 70 Valiant and Duster had knobs. I think it is a unique radio as well. It mounted different than the B body and a button was different or something...

    Scamp's with buckets and console

I believe bucket seat and console were factory options for the scamp. Don't think many would have been built. "Alaskian" would know for sure. Maybe he will chime in if he sees your post.

    MOMOMopar (Did I stutter?)

I hear you, the OEM style steering wheel they make are kinda rough. I went with this one Grant Classic Nostalgia Steering Wheels 1004 It's made much nicer. Not a nice as the MoMo but that adapter doesn't cut it.

    Steering Wheel

Grant Classic Nostalgia Steering Wheels 1004 You'll want to use the correct "can" adapter because the Grant ones are not even close to fitting like it should. Dales Cuda Shop has the correct adapter but it's not cheap. But good parts never are. I just put this one on this summer and while...

browsing the web and found this

I suppose as there are fewer and fewer good clusters to rebuild this would be an option. But it seams out of place in an A body to me.

Replacing the seats in your A body.... opinions

Well there you go! I'd put some comfortable seats in it a cruse :-) I'd like to find a nice complete 4 door around here.

Replacing the seats in your A body.... opinions

The seats "Keystone" posted look nice but if you have a column shift I think it looks to open in the middle between the seats. Plus if they don't fold forward it's next to impossible to get into the back seat. But that's the best thing about ours cars... we can do what ever we want!

Replacing the seats in your A body.... opinions

I went with this style in my A body. Came out of a 73 Dart. Not easy to find but I like it better than the bench seat that feels like sitting on a park bench.

    Split Bench Foam

She only charged me 250 bucks! The cover was more than that!! I did have the seat apart to where she just had the four pieces to redo (covers where still on all parts) but still? I've done just the covers before and I'd pay that just not to have to do it again... LOL :-) Keep asking around it...

    Split Bench Foam

It turned out awesome. My foam was wasted. She had the stuff and the cover was spot on. I'm sure there is a place close to you that can do it but you'll have to get the cover first.

    Split Bench Foam

I just went through the same thing. I couldn't find that foam anywhere. I gave up. I took my seat the a lady that does upholstery and she made it for my seat. I turned out great. Here's a funny thing though. I ordered my seat cover from Year One because they had the best price. It took 3 months...
