    Valve Cover Gaskets

What's wrong with cork gaskets? I've used them for years for no problem. Just glue them to the valve cover and don't over tighten them. I never had them leak and have been able the take the valve covers off and reinstall with no leaks.

FYI for early A parts or whole cars....

I have dealt with them many times. Good people. I have got some odd hard to find parts from them. Yes it may cost a bit more, but if they call you back and say they have it... they do in fact have it.

    A/C Question

I would change the lines. The rubber is a different material used between R134 and R12 as well as the oil.

Anyone use a torsion my. crossmember Cap?

Myself I would say no. The best way to do it is cut all of the rust out and replace it. Anytime you sandwich the old rusted metal in there it just starts rusting the new parts. It's less work than replacing the whole crossmember but not what I would do if I was keeping the car. Now if you just...

    Looks like mileage is right?

Looks like Z Bart to me. Chrysler never drilled holes to put on Master Shield. Chrysler stuff should look like dried grease by now. That car stayed out of the crap in the rust belt. 127000 miles I bet
