Steve...yep, that's the bolt. One on each side. The dedicated ground straps that @CFD244 mentioned are a great idea also!

Unless you're going to restore the heater box, I don't know if I'd go to the trouble to pull it out. Once you loosen the lower bolts down behind the kick panels, just remove the bolts that are hiding under the windshield gasket and the dash frame will rock back enough to clear the heater box...
