It's not the same function, but the one below is the only Mopar spacer I know of. It allows you to use 73 and up one piece rotors on 70-72 B&E disc brake spindles. '70 - '72 Mopar B/E-Body Disc Brake Spindle Sleaves (doctordiff.com)

Wilwood has a kit for 10" drum spindles. I bought a set for my 65 Barracuda, but have not installed them yet.

Did you check the calipers as Jim suggested above? In post #4, your bleeder screw is on the bottom. If they aren't now both at the top, you will never get the brakes bled.

A disc brake master cylinder has different valving (is that a word?) than a drum master cylinder. If your drum master cylinder is good, you can get away with performing a little change to it, and using it until the end of it's life. This may be hard to visualize without pics, but it's not hard...

Here's the way I do it. I use 73 and up A or E body spindles, and mount the calipers towards the front. I usually swap to the 11.75 rotors, and because I too prefer pin type calipers, I use caliper brackets from a Cordoba/Magnum/etc. I buy calipers for a 73-74 E body, and hoses to match. The...
