    360 magnum ?

My duster has the 395hp engine in it with the eq heads. My question is that the car used to lope really hard even after warmup but now for some reason it has a smooth idle and I don’t know why. The eq heads use the factory magnum rockers that are just torqued down. Is it possible that they need...

    High revving 340 stroker questions

I have an inquiry in with an engine builder. We’re meeting next weekend to talk about options but I’m being inpatient so I figured I’d ask a few questions on here. I’m interested in building a 340 stroker. If like to run low 10s on motor but also be capable to run a moderate sized shot of...

MPP m1 vs edelbrock air gap

All I’m saying is that the specs on my cam are super sloppy compared to some of the newer style camshafts

MPP m1 vs edelbrock air gap

the cam calls for the 3500 stall that’s why I bought it. I think a true 4K stall would be perfect. The best 60ft has been high 1.7 which is super soft imo

MPP m1 vs edelbrock air gap

I agree that a converter change would help. I have another thread on here about a cam swap but I’m basically being told the cam that I have is enough but I disagree

    cam upgrade to crate motor

the power band is ok i guess. what im really wanting is more power. the cam thats in the engine now just seems like old technology. its only a 513 lift. the valve springs are good to 560 and in another one of my magnum engines im running 1.7 rockers same cam but total lift comes out to around...

    360 magnum 10:1 pistons

    360 magnum 10:1 pistons

Accidentally dropped a nut down the carb so while I have the heads off I'm going to have them ported and polished and I'm also considering putting some good higher compression Pistons in it. Motor only has about 25k original miles and still has the cross hatch in the cylinder so I don't plan on...

    Nitrous question

I've been doing a lot of research about timing in comparison to the air fuel ratio and detonation. Is it true that I can add fuel rather than pulling timing? I currently run 36* so if I were to hit it with a 150 shot I'd want to run around 30* . Would it be possible to run say 33-34* with a 175...
