    Early/late externally the same. Differences are internal, like valve body, planetaries, number of clutches.

    If console removal needed- remove that knob completely leaving only the shaft. Next four screws. Open the console door. there are two screws at the bottom. Next, two "hidden" screws. At the front of the console, on each side, hiding under the console carpet is a screw, one left and one right...

    This is a nice project. I would expect that "green bearing" depth would be different from original tapered bearing.

    Are all seals at the same depth? 7 1/4", 8 3/4", 9 1/4" ? With axles removed, measure from axle retainer to bearing retainer. The seal will be just beyond that. No need to fit inside the seal, just the outside for driving.

    A special tool for installation would be welcome if it included a depth indicator. You could drive in the seal to the proper depth, clearing the bearing and its collar.

Rear servo pivot shaft "O" ring, park cable housing gasket, park cable "O" ring, pan gasket, rear servo adjuster "O" ring, neutral switch gasket. After cleaning the area, you must blow it off...
