Ahh I see, the car I changed was a 75 with the big heavy bumpers/shocks.

I've also done this. I used a 71 front grille and 72 fenders so the marker lights would match. You will need to drill holes for the bumper brackets too.

I know that 73+ cars have plastic pannels above the door pannels too, so they would not match your interior..

Windshield rubber will be the same from all a-bodies from 63-66, same with the gas cap. Good luck finding a decent tailgate, there isn't many wagons around and the tailgates are always hammered. For a nice gas cap pm damraiter on here, he makes an awesome billet aluminum cap that is much better...

No, the 66 dart and the 66 charger are totally different in the grille area.
