My friend has been working on this book for over ten years. It is finally going to print and should be available in Sept give or take the time for the boat ride from the China co printer. It’ll be a big hard cover book with 400 pages and 750 pictures, estimated cost will be $75.

Very cool set and in pretty good shape. These and most sixties slot cars (& toys) are fairly rare in really good condition. Yes these were sold in Dealerships. There are a few guys that make replacement tires for these, check on eBay. You should be able to run them on your Scalextric track...

Zombies are fine. It's so unusual to find the right size figures that I'm just happy to find anything that works.

Looks great! And looks like a lot of fun. The scenery items are fantastic! The Carrera track is the best track available and it has stainless steel to conduct the electricity. I've had a lot of fun racing those 1/32 scale vintage NASCAR Mopar wing cars.

Oh and he has a 70 Duster and '65 Fury. You're right about side marker lights!

Any '66 Valiant model is very unusual. The original promo model is of the Signet Hardtop and is one of the rarest promos, today they are more expensive than a real '66 parts car. But someone makes a resin copy and cost $65 http://www.missinglinkrc.com/_notes/Kits.html I can't recall any Models...

Aurora made 1/32 scale models & slot car kits, I think later Monogram used the same molds. These are udually on eBay and you can even find the Re-issues by Monogram unbuilt.
