That looks great as a Barracuda. The ‘66 Barracuda has by far the best looking dash of the early cars. I would love to have put a Formula S in my convertible.

I think these early Valiants look best in their light blue color or light turquoise. I might consider a pearlescent light turquoise - very sixties but would be unique today. A matching interior color like the light blue dash pic you posted of the ‘65 dash looks great. You could consider a light...

I think the ‘65 dash from a Signet or 200 looks better with the three spoke faux wood steering wheel. The best early dash is the ‘66 Barracuda.

You could paint those with SEM “landau” black; it is a very close almost perfect match to the original interior color.
