    Factory HEMI Head!

Sweet! Has some potential. Could also be used on a V12!

Idea for a TRUE Slant Six Challenge class

I like the idea. But is the goal to see whom may produce the fastest slant six with inexpensive parts or to have a group of pretty equal cars to find the best driver? I've got a '66 Valiant with a 170, three on a tree & mediocre driver (at best) but it'd be fun.

    Some Thoughts On Slant Geometry

I'm trying to wrap my head around this. I wonder if heat from exhaust manifold isn't a factor. Overall no low end torque with good mid-range & up sounds like non-optimized port, intake valve size & valve timing. Does retarding the cam help the launch?

    225 slant 6 or 360 v8

For non-track use it's hard to beat the low end torque that the larger displacement the 318/360s provide.

Daydreaming about a super duper slant...

Yes! But we all are. I love '66 Signets! A hot slant would be cool! I think you need a head with big intake valves.

Look what I found for Victoria

Cool! Oops sorry for the bad pun. That really is great. As humid as it has been for the last three months this is pretty important. Might be better in the heater AC section instead of small block tech.

    Interesting Oil Change View

I'm all for longer intervals but there are a lot of engines that seem to have sludge issues such as Toyotas, 2.7, 3.7 & 4.7 Mopars.

    I could use your opinion

I would drive it right now with the 170 in it while I get a 225 ready. It sounds like you have a cylinder head being prepared right now and that's usually the most difficult part. The 225 should provide a lot more torque at low rpms which not only makes the car a bit faster but also more...
