I'm looking in the classic industries catalog for spring sets for standard brakes. This is for my 65 Barracuda Formula S with 10 in brakes. It only shows 9 in brake kits are available. It shows kits available for 69 through 74. Would this work on my 65. I know brake drums will interchange. Thanks

Thanks, I am concerned about the rusty cable, but more about the adjustment. I have rebuilt the brakes and the rear e brake cable, but can't get the adjustment nut to loosen.I'll give this a shot.

Thanks everyone. I've been using Pb blaster, spraying it well several days in a row. Perhaps I could disconnect the part and soak it. I don't really have access to apply heat to it. My job is taking a toll at the present time wise. Thanks so much for the advise.

My apologies. 1965 Barracuda Formula S. The adjustment is frozen. I have sprayed it with nut buster several times, but can't seem to get it to loosen. Any ideas of how to get it to break free.

I need the brake cable that runs from the front of the car. I've replaced the back ones, but called my local supplier and had no luck. Anyone bought one lately, or know where I might find one.

I just wondered if they were the original ones that came on the car. The drums had the ridge in the center and the whole assembly was very rusty. It has new ones now, just have to replace the emergency brake cable. It was frozen on the rear. Not off work again till a week from tomorrow. So again...
