Looks good Dan

Saw this at a car show over the weekend. Just curious What you guys think. He had various colors, red , blue, white and others.

I don't believe white letter tires came out till late 60's. I know in 65 the Formula S had blue line tires. If the year you have didn't come out with them, I would rather not use them. On the flip side, I think white letter tires look great.

Those look great. I have seen and purchased these on this site. Place an add in the parts wanted section. I don't know if anyone is making these. The used ones were not cheep. Good luck

I like the body color, although mine are black. They are covered with the factory full hubcaps though

That looks awesome. The chrome reverse wheels are chrome So where your wheels are painted, they would be chrome a chrome rim with the baby moons look really clean, in my opinion Yours do look awesome though

Does anyone still make the old school chrome reverse rims. I think these would look good on my Barracuda

Thanks for the info. I had read the vinegar should be diluted, but maybe that was for something else.

PM me your info. As soon as I can locate these I will send them to you. I'm a little under the weather at present. These aren't new, but should clean up well.

I guess I need to find something large enough to soak them 1 at a time. I'm not in a rush. I had never seen vinegar at the Depot. Do you dilute it, and how much?

Looks great. I had thought about changing my wheels, even tried to find some old school chrome reverse wheels. Think I've decided to keep the mag type factory hub caps. Finally found the 2 inch lug nuts for those, so will stay with 14's for now.

Checking with my local dealer for tires o my 65 Formula S. He recommended 185-75-R14. Does this sound correct? Car is totally stock. I do want it to look correct though. I see all sizes you guy's are putting on these. The ones on it now are 695-14 Thanks
