A/C was available with 340 in 68 and 69. Also, A/C with auto or 4 spd. This radiator is right number for any combination 1969 340: auto, 4spd, A/C or non-A/C. Just like the parts book shows above.

that’s all original 69 340 Turquoise paint and shows the motors got very little (or less) paint on the bottom facing surfaces. Motors painted from top angle. You can get an idea of angle from idler notch. And there’s paint drips down sides.

That casting number listing has an error. 2531915 casting number used in 1968 and 1969. If you care about date codes 2/24/69 could appear in late 1968 or any 1969 model year 340. Original 1969 340 were paint turquoise/light blue 2531914 was not casted onto any intake. It's a part number...

Sure about that? Does red one have a 12/10/69 casting date? Does blue one have a 2/24/69 casting date? If so, red one is 1970 model year car. And that 3462848 casting number is for 1970. And blue one is 1969 model year car.

Can you post pics of the markings showing it’s a 340? Also picture of trans. Some in trucks and van have extension housing with clip access plate on top or side. Interferes with Abody trans crossmember...Since it looks like cam out of van or truck.

Those are off a 9 1/4 rear end from a C-body. Do you have the parking brake setup that goes inside those rotors? It's miniature shoes, adjuster, backing plate, etc that goes in there.

Sounds like a 71-74 B-body rear or even C-body rear. Doesn't sound like a great deal to me. Maybe better if it's got the right C-body axles you can cut and re-spline down to A-body length.

Just weird angle of the pictures. In other pictures migs shows on photobucket it's a 68-71 drivers side manifold. The one you posted is a 73/72? and up 340/360 drivers that has the provision for heat stove. Those have the flattened/cutoff port side.

Head you own advice. And get second opinions on parts purchases from this seller. Might be fine deals, but when there is a large experiance difference you need to keep your guard up.

Yep. And shifter and shift rods are overdrive pieces. An overdrive trans does have 4 forward speeds. But it is really a 3 speed with an overdrive. It's value is way less than an 4 speed non overdrive trans. Is there a length measurement to determine wether that steering column is A-body...

Don't buy any 4 speed without opening the side cover and inspecting/seeing each gears engaging teeth (clutching teeth) with your own eyes. Much more expensive to replace than brass syncro rings. Each gear new is around $200 each. Also look at the marking on the gear side to confirm what ratio...
