    Issue with lower rad hose rubbing on suspension

    Fab up a stainless tube to use as your lower rad hose. Find a rad hose at the parts store that has a couple ends on it you can use to connect the stainless tube to the rad/wp housing.

    Flex fans have a lot of "pitch" to the blades. A standard fixed fan won't have that much angle and will fit just fine with a shorter spacer.

    That's the negative battery cable. It's just looped around the breather to get it out of the way. It's not even hooked up to the battery. Looks like the other end might be attached to an exhaust stud. Can't really tell though. It should be connected to an intake bolt on a BB.

    How so? I said I put a layer of weatherstrip adhesive on the hose before installing the clamp. It works the same way as the RTV that was mentioned. Also, I said check for a crack in the housing.
