Anyone using comp cams tool steel lifters with DLC coating?

Just saw this somewhere, tool steel lifters with diamond like coating. Used carbide ball cutters with this coating for profiling molding surfaces and shut offs on plastic molds, 20,000 rpm and 400 inches per minute feed. .0002 of this coating on the cutter, super hard and wear resistant, super...

Stop in for a cup of coffee

Last time I was there about 5 years ago it was so rainy and wet that the wild horses didn’t have to move to find food or shade for that matter. Spent an afternoon at the rafting parking lot about a few miles into the tonto state park watching them. 3 foals and mares, a few fillies and the Alfa...

Stop in for a cup of coffee

The thing about Arizona is you got to be there at the right time. First time through the painted desert, looked like it was painted brown. 3 years later the pastel colors were brilliant, awesome contrast. Same with the Grand Canyon, one time the colors just popped. The next time it looked like a...

Stop in for a cup of coffee

Also walked into a bar, must have been all of 15ft x 30ft. While dumping a beer in my face I noticed a bullet hole and cracks in the mirror behind the bar. So I asked the bartender “how long has that been there”? He says forever.

Racetrack on 25.08± Acres - For Sale

There are race tracks alot closer like slinger to get your racing in. Just look at the lack of racing done on the Milwaukee mile and that is a historic and storied track.

Racetrack on 25.08± Acres - For Sale

Bid is up to 109k and I got to tell you its in the middle of nowhere. Tourism is the biggest industry up there. Granted if you would have big purse races to draw out for blood competitors, likely sooner or later you could generate a fan base, but would take a while and cost a boatload of cabbage.
