You must use your original backing plates, shoes and drums. Did they use 7/16 or 1/2 inch studs?

You will have to reuse your studs. By the chart it looks like all 4 of yours are nutted inside the car and only 2 on c bodies A bodies do not use the stud as shown in the chart

Any auto supply store should have pre made lines and adapters to fix you up. You have to bend them yourself...

The ball joint can only work one way. The spindle determines where the caliper sits.

The axle you are using will determine which brakes you need to run

Do you have redrilled small bolt axles? If so you need redrilled drums. If you have big bolt big brake axles you will need to run the 10x2.5 brake parts including backing plates.

The small brakes suck...switching to big brakes is a big improvement even with the 10x2.5
