You literally just click the "upload photos" button below the reply box and go grab the pic. I believe you will have to ad a few words as it won't let you load only a picture alone. Once it loads up, click insert full image. It should then be in the reply box.

I was having trouble loading pics from my phone yesterday. And a fellow just said he is having trouble on FBBO right now. May be a glich happening. From the computer is definitely working though.
