Pull the heads. You could have a stuck valve, and only damage more forcing it. ou can then see the problem clearly.

You would think for how long Harold has been making Spitfires they would fit better. Mine is pointed at the proppotioning valve just like yours. My prodject changed . I am taking off the headers and using a stock manifold.

Harold is working on Big Block a body headers. He is looking for a set of shumaker to work from. He said that he will buy or trade a new set that he makes for worn out shumakers.

I just talked to Harold today, My headers are on their way. Only a 2 week wait. Yeah. He said he had 4 more sets available and ready to go.

Spitfire headers fit nice. And they are fairly cheap. In stock ready to go.

You might want to measure a 5.7 or 6.1 for width. They are close to the same as a Big block.

Summit 3/8" aluminum lines. Worked out great. Just follow the old lines and reused the stock clips. I couldn't believe how easy sumething finally went. Not flares needed. I am using a mechanical pump. Cheap,easy, simple. Go for it. My is a '65 Barracuda

I am working on my '65 barracuda. sb 4sp, I am going to be putting on 15"x7 copwheels with 255/60-15 ET Drag radials. I ordered them so they will have to fit.Does anyone make a smaller gas tank? If you move the 3" relocate How do you clear the gas tank?

Will a 1965 barracuda fit 235/60-15 on 15' x 7" rims on all four corners? I don't know the backspace. I am figuring it is standard. Thanks.
