    Yep, the 7 1/4 is not strong enough for a 340 or 360. :violent1: I blew up 3 of them on 4 years behind a mild 318 with a 4 bbl, 340 cam, and dual exhaust. :violent2: I went to an 8 3/4" sure grip and never had another axle problem... :blob:
