i can get you some more pics of the tti's installed on my 68' in a couple days. i'm manual steering and brakes with a mopar mini starter. type of shifter matters. @Darter6 did the install when it was his car, and used the column shifter, so it needed tti's cross shaft. i've gone to a cable...

for the trans lines, i would wrap them. something like THIS. you can do stuff with the mufflers too, wraps or shields. with the T bars you just need it to clear. how are you attaching the flex pipe to the manifolds?

installing the dents in the tubes isn't the hard part, it's the he'n and the she'n involved with getting to where you can make the dents, that's the *****

looks good, but i wouldn't assume it's going to drone without the crossover. gears, cruzing RPM, the specific mufflers and where they're located in the pipes. everything makes a difference, even the type of hangers. i love the way my 74' sounds without a crossover

i agree, but the early 340 drivers side manifold is no walk in the park either. i can never decide if the car they, (most header mfg), used to build their headers was the most perfectly built to spec, or the worst built to spec car ever to roll down the line

torque strap?

how it sounds or if it drones, depends on the motor, gears and rest of the exhaust. my 74' is otherwise bone stock and sounds fine at any speed
