    just get a master cylinder for a 72 drum brake car...35 dollars at o reilleys,really any year disk or drum will do the job but if it's for power brakes it may take a lil more foot power to stop.

    The brake light switch will keep it from comming up also....not super strong but it'll usually stop it.

    someonegotblewbyu...Ha! You mean you can spot them as long as they're running the same backspace front and rear. Because if they aren't, there's nothing to see. nope...i meant just what i typed....don't even need to see the rear.also a blind person can see it when rears are same size.

    yes as 6pakdemon said they were available up through 76 with drums on 6 cilynder cars only and also all a bodies with 73 and up disk brakes do look like the ops car...at least to me anyway. I can spot a 73 up disk swap a mile away on all a bodies no matter what wheels they have.

    drum to disc conversion will the front track width change ?

    since your keeping small pattern front track width will stay the same,you do have to change the lower ball joints,and that throws your allignment off though.

    8 3/4 swap backing plates ???

    you have to use the plates off of an a-body 8&3/4...your 7&1/4 drums will work if it came out of a v-8 car.i have a set of the plates you need,pms me or give me a call. later, mike
