i took them off 10 years ago and i think they slid up onto the board, but that cant happen on a fabric due to the cavity behind the headliner is not exposed like on a cardboard, but this is just my theory. guess ill just put a big *** screw into it and paint it black.

team i have beat my head against the wall. the hardboard headliner is just too expensive. being a mid year 72 swinger, can it be retroed easily to the fabric bow headliner of eariler years? i realize it might take longer but time is cheaper than money on a budget??
