    ok, man thans for the pics. just an after thought i don't have the lights hooked up to the car. the signal lights on the fenders or grill. ?? maybe?? anyway my solder job was not that good. if nothing else is found, ill pull it off and do it that way. tks

    ok, the multi prong plug on the back of the inst gages cluster on a 72 swinger. one broke off! soldered a replacement very carefully. looks good but now signal lights won't work right . how do i fix. or do i need to get a replacement gage cluster etc. anyone have a fix? it that one part...

    the wiring harnes with the side markers bulbs is still on car, do they blink like signal lights? , well, ... i guess ill have to check some more tomm. too tired to reason tonight. im open for any ideas. i don't know how some would work and some not, so i think i hooked everthing up...

    the lights, signal and head and tails are all off the car. i just hooked up the batt and turned on the dash lights to see if working. the signal is bright, solid, not blinking. the dash lights are normal and the light/dark turn of the switch will dim them, but has no effect on the signal light...

(it was not doing this before) when i turn on the lights, the left turn signal indicator light comes on also. the dash lights work etc. the way they are supose to, the dome switch etc. all...

    ok, I GOT IT its is a small 'C' clip that is down around the shaft. then the set nut screws down around the shaft. after the knob is pulled off. ok. thanks guys for all the help. :)

    NO ALLEN WRENCH HOLE VISIBLE. IT HAD NO SET SCREW. it is a push for wash. turn 3 times for wipers 72 dodge swinger. regular dash.

    OK got it, but need one more thing. i cant take the plastic face off due to the wiper/washer switch is holding it together. how does it come off. ??
