    The only water pump I like is the Edelbrock Victor water pumps. They did a good job on those. Pipe tap that sucker and let 'er rip.

    I also have a TCI Rattler on my 408. Pulleys line up fine, bolt pattern works too. I do hear the rattle upon engine shutdown, it trips people out when I shut the engine off.

    OR, you could try the Schumacher Poly Lock engine mounts. I have a set with my small block. I like them.

    price difference is only about 30 bucks, but still get the difference back...keep the performer rpm.....youll be just fine with it.....however, the air gap isnt an "all out" race manifold...an all out race manifold is like a super victor, or a tunnel ram or some $h!t.....

    DINAN ENGINEERING in Morgan Hill, does engine dynos. Yea, I know, they are A BMW performance warehouse, but call and ask for Dustin Renteria, he does classic engines as well... 100 dollars an hour for an engine dyno is common ground....dunno who would do it for less...

    possibly the 7260 u-joints (if thats what u have)...was your tranny rebuilt recently, performance mods done to it? do u have subframe connectors? adequate braking and handling capabilities? is your cooling system up to snuff to cool that beast? big cubes and lots of power makes lots of heat...

    Id go with a small block stroker using a 360 block. I wouldn't go big block, they cost a bit more, are heavier, and somewhat harder to fit, but thats my preference...I like my 408 stroker that dyno'd at 530 HP and 520 ft lbs...I like stroker smallblocks that beat most big blocks. lol

    yea, I'd get a new pickup for sure because they can be a ***** to clean. you can reuse the pump. they are easy to take apart and clean. :)

    The RHS heads are great. A few people are in the 10's with those heads...If you want even more, go with Indy Heads.
