You mean all side mirrors were special ordered and none were necessarily "standard?" Only reason I ask is I just dug out the mirrors for my '66 to reinstall that I had taken off and stashed many years ago. Turns out, they're cheapass Taiwan aftermarket pieces and aren't worth putting back on...

Thank you! I was more interested in how far back the rubber nubs from the vent window seal go past the vertical trim/run channel and meet with the cat whiskers. The reproductions from metro that I've got go further past that vertical run channel and overlap with the cat whisker unfortunately...

Would mind snapping a photo of the other side, where they meet the vent window frame/vertical run channel?

For those of you with a '64-'66 Dart GT, can you do me a huge favor and look at your front window sweeps (cat whiskers). Are the front inner and out cat whiskers supposed to be the same length? I just installed a set on my '66 Dart and I feel like the outer one should be about an inch longer.

I wouldn't trust someone with 8 posts with a check or money order either, but I don't think asking for a check or money order is necessarily sketchy. You'll find one. Hell if worse comes to worst, I think Firm Feel sells them for $400. May want to give them a call. I got mine many years ago...

Sorry, but no. I bought it for my '66 Dart. You should be able to find a good used one for $100-$150. I certainly wouldn't pay $320 for one (plus shipping). That's just stupid. Just my $0.02. Have you placed a wanted ad?

His definitely looks like the slant 6 version to me. It's not exactly straight - it's got a slight drop to it (bottom picture).

Exhaust clearance issues, potential firewall/transmission clearance issues, potential cooling system upgrades, stronger torsion bars, shorter driveshaft, etc. I'm sure there's probably more. If you're having trouble figuring out the 318, I'd stick with a smallblock.
