I'm interested in these. Can you measure the primary size? Also, do they have 3" collectors?

Where does it say that it needs to be steel? I'm seeing that it only needs to be steel if it's made of tubing. Am I misinterpreting?

Cutting an axle down isn't a big deal. They even sell "cut-to-fit" axles for that purpose. A minute with an angle grinder will do it perfectly. Just have to remember to put a light chamfer on the end.

Pushrods have been sold, but the rocker arm assemblies are still available.

I don't believe so. The adjusters are solid and the pushrod cup is oiled from a small hole in the body of the rocker.
