    What Aluminum radiator?

I have Griffin rads in my cuda and 03 Ram with 408/Vortech supercharger. There has been recent postings in Facebook commenting between Griffin and Champion rads. The Champions are getting a few negative comments. Mostly about welds, made in China and Champion uses 5/8" tubing rather than 1.25"...

    What Aluminum radiator?

There might be a Griffin out of GA but there is one in Piedmont, SC. Contact Griffin Radiator Toll Free at 1-800-722-3723 I drove 15 something miles and picked my rad from them for my 67 Barracuda. Fit perfectly without mods and cools very well. Even the temps inside the car dropped! Have...

    65 Barracuda headers

I would suggest TTI headers. They might cost more but will save you some headaches more than likely. Header part number 636A http://www.ttiexhaust.com/MoparClassics-Headers/340-636A/TTi636A.htm I have TTI headers for my small block 67 cuda and like them.

I wanted power windows for my 66 dart but I"m cheap!

Mercury's and some Fords have a single track type regulator that has mounting studs at the top and two holes at the bottom for pop rivets. I was thinking that these might work as well. It is cable type using pulleys. The motor would have to be mounted somewhere but I don't think that would be a...

I wanted power windows for my 66 dart but I"m cheap!

I hear ya! You will want the glass to slide up and down very easily so the motor wont have to work so hard. When we install a new regulator we spray the door channels with 3m spray oil. Those window channels dry out over time and will not let the glass roll up and down easily. Even late model...

    I don't like using a bumper jack

Got one of those in the trunk as well. Hope I never have to use it. I went to the junk yard and got a space saver tire out of a Ford Crown vic. The tire is the same height as the 275/60/15 so shouldn't have to much trouble running it on the rear.

    floor pans

Those look typical for floor pans. You could always "smooth" the floor pans out like we are doing a Chevy II at work. The floor pans was fine in this nova but we are taking "u" shaped aluminum and gluing those to the pans with urethane. Then take taking flat pieces of aluminum and cutting to fit...

Yeah I forgot the word "air". I'm glad you caught that ...... it's very important to give out proper information when dealing with something that can explode or catch on fire.

    Early A Windshield Replacement

I wouldn't be a bit surprised. We had a 65 chevy truck that we was forced to order three different gaskets until we found one that was short enough to fit around the wind shield tight enough.... they was to long... all the gaskets was the same part number but different sizes! My boss agrees on...

    Exhaust.....open header video

With the flows you can use a H-pipe and atleast run the exhaust up and over the axle. This will help kill the drone. Exhaust all the way out the back would be best but I'm not a big fan of the look of tailpipes. Nice car..... sounds awesome! lol

    help with 273

Well the 273 had Hooker headers but when I went with the 360 I bought some TTI headers which are a nice set of headers. My 273 heads was shot so I bought a used pair of 318 heads cast number "302" and ran them on the 273 for a little while. Then I grabbed up a short block 360 and put the 318...

    help with 273

I had a 273 and was never happy with it. It was bored 60 over, nice small cam, headers, performer intake,etc.. Grabbed a 360 in which has more cubes plus LONGER STROKE which equals more TORQUE! Night and day difference. I'm glad I made the switch... good luck to whatever you do.

The lakewood bell install or should I say "NOT".

I don't what the difference with your lakewood and mine but mine fit. I bought the car with it already installed however. I found that when I did the engine change that the lakewood is a very indestructible piece of material. lol

    windshield scratches

I work at a auto glass center and we have various ways of removing scratches. It really depends on how deep the scratch. The windshield is laminated so it will not take a lot of heat and one time. I will crack or distort if not careful while being buffed with a electric buffer. Buff, let cool...
