Have you looked for rear wheel well covers? I bought some for my 03 Ram and it cleaned it up a good bit.

I know its just me but I can't ever get long lasting, quality, with anything that comes out of a can. It needs to be powder coated or use high quality professional paint supplies. With that being said it looks good to me!
