I would think manual steering would not be an issue.

Another update...Due to the current cost of material there will be a cost increase to $100. If you already have an order in you will be charged the original price. I hated to do this but, the current material price forced our hand.

Just wanted put out an update on this. We will no longer be providing the splined part of this. If you buy a Tuff Wheel adapter from us you will need to purchase the Grant 3314 mounting kit to put the adapter on your column. Summit sells these for around $25 so, the total cost you will have in...

I also want to add to let everyone know that since this is made from a plastic that you will need to run a secondary ground for your horn to work. It's very easy to do and, I can walk anybody through if need be.
