I have sniper on 499” in 67 GTS and Fitech on 318” in 67 GT and Sniper is lots better without touching it out of box where as Fitech has taken adjusting and still is not perfect, Joe

The underdrive pulleys are most of your problem

I copied this from Goldduster 318. It is an excellent setup and what I followed

not down here in our heat, tried all that before going to the Contour fans with Dakota controller and this setup is the best I have tried. Drove it yesterday with temps in 90's and not a problem.

the contour fans is the only thing that has kept my 499" cool

my 67 GTS came with chrome covers

I have Vintage air so I don't have blower motor on firewall

you can do like I did on my 67 GTS with 499" and put electric power steering. It is all under dash and works great

my 67 GTS I bought new had power disc brakes and manuel steering. Like said before drivers side mount had a bolt that came in from the front
