Up for sale is a Comp Thumper cam and lifter set in good condition and removed in favor of a smaller cam. It was used in 360 - 4spd manual ‘91 W150 for 3 months with less than 5K miles. The cam broke in well, lifters are in the proper order, see pictures below. Asking $250 shipped in the 48.

I figured I’m second in line but otherwise, yea I’d take it to make a set of twins for my tunnel ram experiments. I have a 6545 right now and a second would be great. Then I can try a pair of 6545’s on top of my M1-TR for fun! Imagine… a pair of big twin TQ’s at full howl coming down the road...

A 6545 is a 1974—1977 Dodge, Carter Thermoquad for a 440. The lack of emissions ports make this a very good hot rod carb. This is well worth the effort to rebuild & restore.

I believe he is looking for the carb model numbers. I’m interested as well.

The “AFB” stands for aluminum four barrel for the Carter carb line. Even though Holley “now” makes a lot of there carbs in aluminum, there still called Holley’s and not AFB’s. The one you have pictured is a earlier 4160 Holley spreadbore 650 double pump kind of known as a Rochester replacement...
