    Headers vs. Manifolds

Also kinda depends on how much the manifolds will cost, and if they will fit. You wont know that till you get the engine in the car. Personally, if I ever do a big block A-body swap (I have a 67 barracuda candidate, and a rb 511) I'll buy cheapo summit or jegs b-body headers, and "adjust" till...

    273 Commando - UTG

I've heard that too, but, I've still never seen proof of a '65 model with a factory installed 8 3/4. Dealer installed, yes, lot's of those due to breaking the 7 1/4. I'm not sure what would be needed as proof however. An original order sheet would probably have that. The build sheet MIGHT...

Found my dads original 1971 duster!

A few more pictures :). This is the stage it’s at right now. Being wet sanded and polished. Front end isn’t fully connected, he says. That’s why front wheel looks to be sitting back a bit

Stop in for a cup of coffee

Over here with my Yamaha NVX motorcycle, I fill it up about once a week. Gasoline here in Vietnam is 24,500 Dong per litre. That's $0.96 USD per liter. I think it's 3.78 litres to a gallon, So it's under $4 here per gallon USD right now. But as I say I buy $4 worth of gasoline a week. Lol Kkkkkkk

    1. Car moving , rolling to a stop , downshifting when coming to a stop sign for instance. 2. car moving 3, 4, I will be under the car this weekend. I'll definitely check this out. Also going to recheck shift rod adjustments. I remember your post about this in a previous topic. I changed...

Kid bought a new 2023 Honda 650 R last summer. It’s in the lab, he did the routine maintenance on it and it’s been in the lab since the shitty weather began. Was just looking it over, man the fit and finish on that bike is amazing. Perfect welds, not a stitch out of place, can’t find a single...

    318 gurus/historians

Hope they went to a good home and are being used, as they should be. I had 4 and sold 2 so they can be used. I have one in my car (in the photo) and one for a back up. maybe going to put it in a special vehicle one day, if I don't get too old first. LOL

    Headers vs. Manifolds

If your building a hot rod, run headers (if you're NOT building a hot rod, why a big block swap?). If your building a cruiser, and you don't expect a big block Duster to be fast..... run manifolds. And yeah, that combo DOES have headers written all over it! I would expect a 30+hp loss with...
