    Bob Cole

Legendary Canadian hockey announcer Bob Cole passed away Wednesday night. He called the games from 1969-2017. He called the famous Summit Series against the Russians. He joins the legendary Foster Hewett as the 2 all time greatest. May they both rest in peace. Kim

    Initial Torqueflite tear down findings

I'm new at this transmission rebuilding, but I finally have time to go through some 727's that I've had laying around for years. The history on this one is a B&M Transkit installed by a local "guru" more years ago than I can remember. Fluid was burned when drained. End play before disassembly...

Project "Chihuahua" '65 Formula S Restoration "Estilo Mexicano"

Update: Polished the factory tach. The little round medallion in the center remained discolored. I see one would have to un-crimp the case in order to replace the rear face behind the needle (I don't have a replacement for now).

    Dual ballast Ignition question.

Yup, you don't have to change a daid burned thing. A 4 pin ECU works just fine in a 5 pin system (but not vice-versa, as Cuda Al said)- the extra side of the ballast just becomes redundant, it's functions have been moved internally on the 4 pin ECU. I always leave the double ballast and wiring...

    Hello all! New from Texas

Thank you!!! I have been very lucky so far. The body has very little damage (rust spots are few and far between) it needs to be fully reupholstered... All the lights work, and the engine turns easily. All in all, it's looking like an easy first project so far!

    Cheap 318 performance mods.

Exactly, you get it. Yep, the OP already has a 318 and want's to keep it but just tweak it a bit to make it run better and a little more snappy without breaking the bank. And then here comes the 340/360/Magnum, Gen 3 Hemi crowd. I should just delete their BS posts. If you don't have anything...

    wiper blades parking issue

I would check the wiper motor shaft to see if it slipped first. I think those have the tapered spline output shaft. If not that, then the cam that operates the park limit switch has broken or slipped out of time, or the internal limit switch has moved out of position.
