There's a better side to it than that. I did a lot of raves and I'm not a druggie or serious alcoholic.

Who says you have to be younger, just do it anyway and when you have a lady on each arm and having a kick *** time, who cares how old you're not.

Classic industries carpet install issues- not for purists

Me too. It took me a several years to find a 4-door in this color. I was beginning to think they didn’t exist. It’s pretty faded though, and I will be repainting it this summer. I already bought 5 quarts of GA4 urethane 2-stage. I’m taking it to a body shop in the next couple of weeks for prep...

Thanks! These are the classic low back seats from JEGS. They are pretty comfortable (way more comfortable than my worn out bench seat) but I’m using the summit adjustable seat bracket mounts and I think the rear is too high, so I will be moving the rear bolts from the top hole (highest setting)...

Lets hear your suggestions for a winch for a car trailer.

I have one mounted in the tool box on the front of my trailer. Battery and all. Remote control, not wireless. Sometimes pulling at deck level can create issues like exhaust hanging up etc. I use a heavy wall 40 gallon drum as a roll to raise the unit for clearance there. But.....I have a fifth...

Got a new Truck (new to me)

My plan for the kickdown linkage on mine with the 5.9 is to source something from a truck or van that came with a 46RH or 46RE since I'm keeping the MPFI and beer keg intake. I think that setup might be a cable if I remember right.

Nice driver, yes take it slow to get some good ideas from above for correct install. Question: What brand of front seats do you have and are they comfortable with all adjustments?

[WANTED] 1967 Barracuda Lower Cowl Fresh Air Vent Inlet

Looking for two fresh air inlets. The lower cowl is in good shape except one small repair needed but the two inlet towers (caps) are both in pretty sad shape and instead of repair I would like to just cut out the spot welds and replace both assemblies.

Lets hear your suggestions for a winch for a car trailer.

I don’t know about 17 years ago, but Warn is not being made in the US anymore. According to Summit, their 10k winch is being made in China You can also read between the lines on the Warn industries webpage- “For over 70 years, the small army of engineers, technicians, and machinists who...

Thanks, that’s a good idea about flipping it. Yeah I haven’t trimmed anything yet because the wrinkle is in the first 18” or so behind the firewall and I figure I only have one shot at getting that dimmer foot switch grommet hole cut in the right spot

Lets hear your suggestions for a winch for a car trailer.

10K Ramsey gear reduction that is about 40 years old sunk into the bed of the trailer with a glad hand setup. Welding lead to dual batteries on Dodge 3/4 ton to receiver hitch. Always plenty of power. You just need to run one power lead to truck batteries and the negative can go to your frame...

New EPA regulations allowing E15 fuel to be sold starting this summer.

You can separate the ethanol from the gas all by yourself if you really want to. It's not difficult at all.

New EPA regulations allowing E15 fuel to be sold starting this summer.

Here in good ol central PA, almost all gas is 15 percent ethanol, and has been for a dozen years or so. There are a handful of places that also have "non ethanol recreational fuel" but it's about 60 cents a gallon more money. I'm not a big believer in snake oil products, but I heard about...

Thinking of moving to Florida in the next year

Buy a house on tall stilts, not sure how to get your cars above the water, and be sure to take your snorkels. I was in Florida a few years ago and thought it would be cool to go to the highest point in the state, which turned out to be in a flat plot of woods next to a rural road side picnic area...

    Polka polka nights

When I was a kid, I hated Polka-my mom always listened to it on Saturdays. She was German on both sides, so I guess. Then about 30 some years ago, I started getting interested in WW2 and the Big Band music didn't seem so bad. I actually like it now. So GO girl-have fun!

MSN I have been having problems with E10 that is six months old. Is this going to be a problem at 4 months now? The fuel we are being sold is garbage.

Lets hear your suggestions for a winch for a car trailer.

Just an idea here. For those of you who have winches permanently mounted, get a box fabricated for over the winch, which can be pinned in place with a few hairpins. Keeps the winch out of the weather when you aren't using it, and keeps debris out of it if you also haul other items (slabwood...
