    MIA

Sure doesn't seem like it, for sure! Time gets away though. Winston is a good guy, humble and seems like an old Rocker...lol. He got in a bad car wreck and was hurt pretty bad, but that was a while before his last post. Hope he's still on this side of the grass, and doing ok.

Naw... sadly no one pays attention to the lanes... which is another fun thing about big roundabouts.. they just swerve wherever..

And this applies to American patients being made in America. Read those patient rules and the 20 year protection and built across the ocean voids everything.

Hemi Swapping a perfectly good 70 Duster

Yep. Finally going to be one of the cool kids. I'm hoping to have the 408 out by tomorrow night. After that I just need to trim the frame rail pinch weld, swap the trans over, and it's going in!

Okay excuse me for my stupidity. With that being said is there a way to eliminate all the notices piling up offering answers to my questions?

Stop in for a cup of coffee

We had a local yokel launch his car off a round about a couple weeks ago. I never heard what happened or why but I'm sure it would have made an impressive video.

Funny how that goes  My little sister never showed any interest in my dad's construction life, from residential to highway construction, from licensed contractor to hourly employee, no interest, that we noticed. Somewhere about Junior College something changed  she wanted to go to...

    rear suspension lift

I'm actually seeing it now on the after photo but it also looks as if the front is sitting higher too now. Look good in both pics though. My fronts are 215/70R15, Rears are 275/60R15

    "gripper pattern" u bolt question

Does anyone have a photo they'd be willing to share of a housing they've kinked from using round u-bolts (torqued to factory spec)? I used them before and have never kinked an 8-3/4 housing. Maybe I've just gotten lucky. I've got the same Calvert u-bolts holding Dana 60 in my '66 Dart. Granted...

    rear suspension lift

The only caveat to AJ's info is raising the front end causes the upper A arm ball joint to move forward diminishing caster which is already difficult to obtain on our old A bodies. The factory settings were optimal for handling and steering so watch out and watch it.

    Hockey Cards

I have cards from the 70s. Sadly some I pasted in a scrap book. Some are decent shape but some not so much. I do have 80s and 90s cards also. Kim

Do I wait for the 5 speed?

You're close, it's actually a Y3 ?? I believe 340 swinger. Very rough. Trying to decide what should I do with it. Not much left but it is a real 4spd car with a nice build Sheet, body numbers match.
