I have the door disassembled all but for the vent window frame. I took the bolts etc. out that appear to be holding it in but it will not come out. seems something inside the door holding it. Am I missing something? Nothing in Haynes manual. Should I stick to motorcycles and woodworking?

I am working on a 68 Cuda vert. While stripping one of the doors it occurred to me that I don't know if the black on the inside of the door should be painted before the red on the exterior. Does it matter?

Hi all Working on my 68 cuda vert floors. The rear floor corners (under the back of the rear seats) are rotted right in the corners, about 4" square. Very solid aroun the holes so I would like to just cut out the affected area and weld in new corners. Problem is I have no way to fab new corners...
