Anyone have 1 or 2 Crane adjustable rocker screws that fit stock cast-iron Mopar rockers? …believe it or not, one snapped on me! Heard a tick under the hood, pulled a valve cover, found the loose screw, attenpted to tighten it, and the screw snapped off in the wrench!

Anyone in Canada running a Whiplash cam? Where’d you buy it? Their Canadian dealer list is woefully out of date. They wont sell one to Canada unless you have a credit card from a US bank, which, from Canada, I cant get. Also, have a few more questions to ask a Whiplash cam owner.

Just spit-balling here...my '67 - 273 has the lo-po 8.8:1 2bbl pistons in it still, and I was wondering what the comp would be if I had, say, .030 taken off the stock '920's' head surface? I assume I could still use my original, solid-lifter pushrods and iron adjustable rockers with the solid...

Hi gang. A rookie question, probably. I'm assembling my '67 273 using stock 2 bbl pistons, "302" casting heads and a fairly mild cam. I have #1 piston at TDC. I have temporarily installed the drivers head, and camshaft (260*/.430 lift/46* overlap), as well as intake lifter, pushrod and rocker...

I was reading through "How to Hot Rod Small-block Mopar Engines" By Larry Shepard and it says not to forget to install this oil plug in the rear main cap area of the block...see pic below. I looked and I don't think my engine even has this. Should it?

I'm looking at a '75 360-2bbl and 727 trans from a motorhome. Its still in the chassis so I can hear it run, and actually drive it if I want. I'm not really up on 360's, so, is this year of 360 OK ,and are there things I should look for, or avoid? I know the pan and pick-up won't fit a car, but...

I'm restoring a set of '67 Commando valve covers. Does anyone know how the chrome "fins" are held on....some sort of glue? ....and how would they be removed without damaging the fins or the covers? Thanks gang!!!!

I know it belongs there as I have seen it on other sets,but,just exactly what does this bracket hold,or what does it do? Is there a plastic piece that attaches...

Does a stock 1967 273 have the serrations on the rear main seal area of the crankshaft requiring the use of the old rope style rear main seal,or is it smooth so I can simply replace my current rope rear main with the new style neoprene(rubber) one ,without removing the crank? Thank in advance
