Have a 68 barracuda race car and Enclosed 24 ft trailer has a Nasty 440 with a Auto trans. Narrowed Dana 60 rear-end. Has extra parts to go with the car. ( street wheels and tires.) How long has the car been setting out in the weather and why is the valley and carb all rusty?

Have you fired it up since it has been setting? Thats alot of cash for a rained soaked car with a water logged engine.

It sits inside of the trailer it was brought out to take pictures of it. Yes it runs great. As far as the rust goes. I want to say that it was being worked on. And it was not cleaned up all the way.

Looks like it's posted on fb as well.. you stated in the ad rust repairs have started but not finished. Are these pics present day or pre car pulled apart for repairs. How bout posting a pic next to car with today's date on it. That might help your position.

There's a lot of confrontational chatter here with no basis, the carb looks like typical staining from fuel standoff, and being outdoors in a trailer in a temperate area means condensation on everything....nobody here has removed a rusty valley pan????? Was the car running around w/o a hood??? @toolmanmike if there are people with legitimate interest and questions, let them PM them.....not turn the thread into a slam-fest

We have seen scams before and we can't help thinking this ad may be one. You will have to do a better job with the ad and pics to make it more legitimate for us. I get it I'm new to this page but the last thing I would Ever do is try n rip someone off. I'm doing this from a wheelchair so forgive me if some of the pictures are Bad.I'm too old for games. And don't play them. I come from a background of Dodge Trucks. One of the members here Eric Reed told me about this site and said to post the car here.I know Noone knows me and that is why this is happening and I get it. Anything you want to know I am an open Book.

That's a good idea but grass and a wheelchair don't mix so my apologies on that 1. The day it was rolled out I was not available to get over to the car. So the pictures were taken for me.

Never said anything about rust repairs? You might have read it wrong. I said that it might have been from a repair that they didn't finish cleaning up from. The car runs very well.
