Sorry about the marginal quality photos… please let me know if this doesn’t answer your question. It appears there are two sets of stampings; one by the valve stem hole and another by the lug nut holes. I can give you more info if you need.

I’m not qualified to answer that but, for what it’s worth, I can tell you that P195/75R14’s came off of them.
