Did they offer 15" SBP from the factory? I figured I would be "stuck" buying Wheel Vintiques.

I don't think there were any factory sbp 15s.

Never small bolt 15's. 14x5.5 Rallye's is the biggest factory wheel I believe.

I have a pair of 15 x 8 small bolt steel wheels that will accept the 9 inch cap. Think they are 4 5/8 backspace , they
were a little too close to the springs on my car. May work on others or with a spacer.
$150 plus ship or pick up in Terre Haute , Indiana.
