15 "x 4 1/2 wide " Mopar/Ford steel wheel source?

I have one that came with a 51 Ford Wayfarer as a spare in trunk. I wonder what I might find another on?
Just for skinny front wheels for a project hotrod. I have some 15 x 5 s anyway.

Run the 15x5s
But summit has steelie 15x4s, but they are chevy rallye look-alikes.
(Bought four 15x6 dual pattern for my trailer) under $50 each for the 15x4, free ship cause I bought four.

Harbor Freight if you can use white spoke rims or just paint them black.

Post a picture of the wheel to match it up. Those old ford wheels had several different centers.

Just need one and would not want to break up a pair. NO big deal, I thought maybe I can find another one local could be had.
The 5s will work fine.
