I have a 1971 Plymouth Duster with a slant 6 and am having problems with a leaking carburetor. Its a 1920 holley and its already been rebuilt but it seems to keep leaking everytime I shut the motor off. Any ideas or suggestions?

use 2 gaskets on the bowel

take the bowl off and run it over a flat piece of sandpaper, you may have some bent ears on that sucka. That also goes for the body itself. see this vid on a bowl repair with pressure and heat.

Also there is a weep hole on the side that fuel squirts out of if your pump is bad. I found that out before I had a fire.
