1962 Dodge Lancer 2 Door Disc conversion

Has anyone done this recently? If so can you direct me to links/kits/part #'s? Most of the kits state for 62 Dart, but hardly any for the 62 Lancer. I just want to order once and not be plagued with fitment problems. I have seen some kits on ebay, Jegs, summit, etc, But its all very confusing. Looking to spend between $12-1500. TIA
