This is a stock crossmember that I modified to allow dual exhaust in a 1963-1966 A body car.
Owners of these cars know that they were designed and built with single exhaust in mind. This crossmember has been cut and welded to allow a right side pipe to tuck up close to the body the same way that the left side does. You do need to modify your torsion bar crossmember to use this part.
