There are some subtle differences between the '63-early '65 crossmember and the late '65-66 crossmember. Other than a slight appearance difference (IIRC one hole is added on the face of the later ones) there is also a different mount used. The early crossmember uses a two stud mount, whereas the later one uses a one stud mount. If you include the mount, the assembly will interchange from '63-6.
