1964 Dodge Dart GT 50th anniversary edition. Two door hardtop, 48,000 original miles, 273 V8 2V, TorqueFlite A904 automatic (last year for the push button on the dash). It has a white exterior with a mostly original blue bucket seat interior. The seats, upholstery, headliner and door panels look great for 58 years old. The instrument panel and gauge, radio and bezel and dash trim are in good shape. All factory gauge’s function. Car has power steering and manual brakes. There have been many recent upgrades to the car which include custom stainless steel dual exhaust with MagnaFlow mufflers. Complete set of new Cooper Cobra Radial GT tires, size 215/70/14 mounted on new Cragar S/S 14 x 7 mags with new chrome lug nuts. Front-end alignment performed after the wheels and tires were installed. The sale will also include the original 13-inch wheels with newer 13-inch tires and original hup caps (great shape). The rear leaf springs have been rebuilt and each side have added leafs, giving the car a bit of a rake. The car has new fuel and brake lines/hoses, brake shoes, wheel cylinders/hardware, fuel pump, water pump, front shocks, lower ball joints, new plugs, cap/rotor/points, wires, belts, and new battery. The original hood hinges were replaced. All lights, wipers and horn function properly. Original radiator in good condition. There is an added aftermarket custom console with beverage holder that can be easily removed if the stock OEM look is desired. All glass is original to car and is in good condition showing original markings. Frame is solid and the undercarriage has been undercoated. Documents included: The build sheet, owner’s manual, and original service record. This car runs great, with the 273 V8 giving you good acceleration when needed along with smooth shifting provided by the TorqueFlite A904. The car has a smooth ride considering its age. Been garage kept in a heated area since I’ve owned it. It’s closing in on 60 years old so it has its blemishes. It has an older paint job and there are body repairs. Most of the original trim is on the car. The original bumpers have no dents or rust. These 1964 Dart GTs anniversary edition are not too common today (only 5700 built) and are nice looking cars. It’s a fun driver. Asking $12700. If you have any questions, please message me. Car is located in Shavertown, Pennsylvania, near Wilkes-Barre. Thanks for looking.
