1965 Dart Slant 6 225 Thermostat Choke

I am looking for the correct thermostat choke for my Carter 1bbl carburetor for my 1965 Dodge Dart slant 6 225. Anyone have the Chrysler part number or know where I can get one?

KEM # CT63 will work if you can find one.These are frog hair

That's been a difficult part to get hold of for quite a few years now. Save yourself the trouble and put in a № 1231 Electric choke kit, which has the added advantage of still fitting and working even in the very likely event the car has had one of the several different post-'65 exhaust manifolds installed -- which the '65 type choke thermostat will not.
