That sir, is as close to a 65 Formula S convertible as I have ever seen!
Love the Barracuda grill !
273 hi-po 4 speed ??

That's cool !
Slant 6 , 4 speed , most likely 7 1/4" diff maybe a locker and hopefully 10" drum brakes and maybe 14" wheels .
But what do I know , just guessing .

That makes it even cooler than any 273 car.

Agreed Rusty,
Ma Mopar had so many arrows in the quiver in the 60's and 70's that never saw North America.
I can just imagine what an aluminium slant 6 based performance engine would do for this car, or, the Australian 265 6 cyl Hemi.

Having a slant 6 with the 4-speed and the console is extremely cool and I'm betting that with its light weight , some engine mods ( Clifford) and a set of 3.73/ 3:91 gears , this car could really perform well.

Cool! Lots of unique looking parts on that car. Beyond just the emblems, that center grill, the bumper guards, that funky looking console, a 6cly. tach control, and center hood molding. I've never seen those items on the many export cars I've had or run across here in SoCal.
