So I posted my intent to sell this long stored rare Valiant back in April. You can search back and find it. Rather than repeat everything I point to that.

I finally was able to extricate it from its storage in a shed with the help from some friends, thanks Mike and sons. I have mounted some 14 inch wheels with trash tires that hold air for show and tell. As described in the earlier post, this is a solid floor, not rot survivor of a one-year model notorious for floor pan rust out due to the rubber floor. I found it in Kingman AZ where it was stored for 10+ years which means now it has been sheltered for well over 20.

I have surrendered my intent to build the ultimate 66, which is my favorite A-body of which I've had many in the past. With a built small block you can have 450+ hp lightweight small block in a 2800lb car that is the smallest and strongest of the line.

This example has surface oxidation only, no rot. It is remarkably straight and original. All side and rear glass is good, slight delamination around edge of the windshield. It's a no option car of the year delivered with 170 S6, three on the tree and radio delete. Nothing more. I'm offering it with Schumacher V8 motor mounts, V8 drop center link and some basic resto parts like taillight bezels, lenses, heater box and driver's side vent box with good vent door hinges. Over the next few days I will remove the headliner tatters, clean and vacuum inside to show the floorpan and trunk pan which have a rusted surface but are solid without perforation. I am including clean straight replacements for the damaged driver's door and trunk lid for a base price of $2500.

Depending on what a buyer wants to do, I have an extensive collection of supporting parts. From a Borgeson fast ratio/high effort power steering setup to a new repro U.S. Radiator Corp 1966 V8 radiator (current list of nearly $1K), NOS grills and headlight bezels, triple chrome resto front bumper. Perfect dash pad, sport steering wheel, slick steering column, many detail parts on and on. Since the previous post I have removed the later 225 and 3spd trans to give to a friend. This was intended to be a period appearance V8 car. Key is to call me. All parts are being held until car is sold and leftovers will become available afterwards.

Attached are a few sample photos. Contact me for detailed pics of pristine trunk extensions, rockers, front inner fenders and all the rest of the usual rot spots. This sucker is solid. Clean Colorado title.
